About Vidya

Vidya is an English study platform made for students of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) in Class 10, 11 and 12. Many students in Bihar study in Hindi-medium schools and find English textbooks difficult. Vidya explains every lesson in simple English and in Hindi, so a student can first understand the story and then learn the language.

Why we built it

Most English help available to Bihar Board students is either costly coaching or guide books full of long answers to memorise. We wanted one free place where a student can read a chapter, understand it, write answers, practise objective questions and test themselves in the real exam pattern — all on a phone.

What you will find here

• Chapter summaries in English and Hindi for Panorama (Class 10) and Rainbow (Class 11 and 12).
• Answers to textbook exercises, important board questions and practice MCQs.
• A complete English grammar course from basic to advanced, with writing skills.
• Timed mock tests and board-pattern practice papers with instant results.
• Handwritten notes and exam solutions shared by teachers.

How our content is prepared

Lessons follow the BSEB textbooks. Summaries are written in warm, simple language with short sentences. Teacher notes and exam solutions are uploaded by teachers themselves. Our practice papers follow the official BSEB marking pattern but are written by Vidya for practice — they are not official board papers. If you find a mistake, please tell us through the enquiry page and we will correct it.

Who runs Vidya
